As I’m now at a stage in the design process where I feel my high-fi prototype is nearing completion, I felt another round of user testing before completing a SUS score would be beneficial to making sure my app is as user friendly as possible. During this round of testing, I wanted to test more of the features in the app now that they were fully thought out and designed up. Below you can see my user task list and descriptions:

  1. Registration: Please click through the registration process.
  2. Onboarding: Complete the onboarding.
  3. Access Request: Grant access to RX Ready to contact your GP for your medical records.
  4. Notifications: Check your notifications.
  5. Add to Dashboard: Please add order history, scheduling and progress tracker to your dashboard.
  6. Manage Prescription: Go to manage prescription and view your medication list, your daughters medication list and your sons medication list.
  7. Reorder Prescription: Reorder your sertraline medication and your daughters salbutamol inhaler and confirm the order request.
  8. Tracking: Check your prescriptions progress using the RX Ready Tracker. (Please select the tracker wheel to update progress)
  9. Select a Secure Location: Input postcode and search for a neighbour to accept your delivery should you not be home at the estimated time of delivery.
